Sam was great! Easy to work with and super helpful. The service department was very disappointing. When I test drove the car, the air in one of the tires was low, so we turned around and went back to have service department was very disappointing. When I test drove the car, the air in one of the tires was low, so we turned around and went back to have it checked out. I found out the hard way that the service department only aired the tire up but didn’t thoroughly check it to find out the cause of low air, because when I was driving the car home, the tire went low again and I had to go back again. Well I got to look under the hood and didn't have to tell the sale person why I wanted to look under the hood.
