They were nice but you have to go to this person and then that person to get all of paperwork done and it took forever dealing with three different people. And they said they would have my car all washed and that person to get all of paperwork done and it took forever dealing with three different people. And they said they would have my car all washed and ready and it was washed but not very well at all when you are buying a 40,000 suv you expect it to be detailed and polished the windows were all smeared and the car had water spots all over it. And no one was really going to walk us through how to operate all the options had to ask about each thing. They all run around acting like they are so busy and I’m not saying they aren’t but they knew two weeks in advance what day and time we were going to be there so the SUV should have sparkled when we got there. But I Do love my new SUV!!’ More
