He was professional and friendly, not pushy. We put a hold on the car and drove 2 1/2 hours to look at it. Tim was waiting when we arrived and very friendly. Car was great, as advertised. We made our purchase. It was worth the drive. I would recommend Tim as a sales person. As for State Line Nissan KC we are very satisfied also. Car was as pictured and a fair price. Don't shop here. I bought a 2018 Ford Escape here in June 2022. It had tons of issues - overheating on the highway, random codes constantly displayed, and then in November it just stopped starting. After being in and out of the shop for months, the Escape needed an entirely new engine. Ed agreed to pay half the cost of the new engine to try and do right by me. After the work was done the Escape still felt just as unsafe to drive. I shouldn't have been sold a vehicle in this condition. I went back to the dealership hoping to trade in the SUV and was told Ed could give me $11,000 for a trade in. Mind you I bought the car for $22,000 and then dropped another $4,000 to cover half of the new engine. The SUV wasn’t worth what they sold it to me for. Then I invested more money into it because I was told that they would make it right. So I’ve sunk $26,000 into a vehicle that the very dealership that sold it to me has valued at $11,000. More
