I LOVE the pre-owned Nissan Rogue that I just purchased! Sammy was the dealer representative who patiently allowed me to test drive different vehicles and answered all of my questions. I elected to have some post sale upgrades and he helped me navigate this also. After the work was done, the car came back to me sparkling clean and beautifully detailed. Service itself was fine. . But, I was very upset when I came back to pickup my vehicle and nobody knew where my keys were.. Later found them sitting right on the dashboard wit . But, I was very upset when I came back to pickup my vehicle and nobody knew where my keys were.. Later found them sitting right on the dashboard with my vehicle parked right by the front door.. That could have turned into a bad situation. Being I was not on site and I needed to pay for the service.. My keys should have been in a secure area. What if someone saw my vehicle sitting there with the keys right on the dash and decided to steal it.. I was very disappointed. If I would have been right there waiting on site I would have understood them leaving my keys, but I was home. More
