Brian Hoffmann ladies and gents. Service Consultant for Stateline Nissan. Friendly, informative. There's no reason to be afraid of the dealerships any more as long as he works there. Here's Why. Last Stateline Nissan. Friendly, informative. There's no reason to be afraid of the dealerships any more as long as he works there. Here's Why. Last week. Brought my car in for an oil change.. He noticed other things that needed to be done. Brian was very informative and did not talk to me like I was dump or use car terms that no one understands. I was not forced into having repairs done right away. We were able to set up time frames for repairs that I was comfortable with!! My faith with Nissan has been restored simply because some hiring manager there had enough foresight to bring Brian on board. I will continue to have my Murano repairs done there because Brian takes time to treat people like they matter... Like people. Go see him... Brian Hoffmann More
My 2001 Nissan Sentra broke down in January 2011. There were so many issues with this car it wasn't funny. Needless to say, I went to the dealership and the technician told me that repairs would be approx were so many issues with this car it wasn't funny. Needless to say, I went to the dealership and the technician told me that repairs would be approximately $3800, maybe more. I told them, no way and to take me to the Sales floor. The repairs were more than what the car was worth. I wanted an Altima but got an excellent deal on a Maxima. I believe I got an excellent deal on the trade in because the car had too many problems, including the Power window, air and head gasket. Anyway, went by Nissan to get my 1st oil change in May. Now granted this is my 1st oil change and I had only put about 2000 miles on my car but I thought it was time. Nina who is the only female service advisor came out and told me that I was entitled to a free oil change. I told her I wasn't aware and she said that should have been told to me. She took care of me and because of her integrity, I will continue to do business with State Line Nissan. More
Arrived at State Line Nissan last weekend to browse. My husband informed me that morning that today was not the day we were going to buy a car, and that there was no way he would be trading in his car. We husband informed me that morning that today was not the day we were going to buy a car, and that there was no way he would be trading in his car. We were so impressed with our sales person, Toby Katowitz that we left that day with not one new car, but two. We ended up trading my husband's car in afterall. We appreciated Toby's straight-forward, no nonsense approach. As my husband said...it was nice not to have to do the dance; when it came to pricing. We didn't even have to bid. We were happy with the fair pricing that Toby gave us from the get go. Toby is just a good ol' boy without a swarming salesman bone in his body. Dealing with Lary, the finance guy was a real trip. He's such a jolly, positive force... nothing stuffy about him. He made the transaction enjoyable, believe it or not! He was a hoot! Tony is the gentleman who detailed my car before I drove off the lot. He was very warm and upbeat. He had seen my reaction when I laid eyes on what would become my vehicle, and got a kick out of my excitement...(I did a little dance). He came up to shake my hand and congratulate me on my purchase. I met Bob, one of the Managers, Chris, the person that I will call when my car is due for service and several other's whose names escape me. Everybody treated my husband and me as if we were family. We purchased a 2011 Nissan Murano and a 2011 Nissan Juke. We are blown away by how much car we got for the money. Bell's and Whistle's galore on both models. We're riding in style and thrilled with our purchases. I think it goes without saying that we are customers for life. More
I have been doing business with this dealership for over 7 years. The service dept.is outstanding. More so today, as they completely replaced my radiator at no chg. My 72 month warranty expired last year. D 7 years. The service dept.is outstanding. More so today, as they completely replaced my radiator at no chg. My 72 month warranty expired last year. Do you know any dealers that do that? THANKS! More
I have bought and serviced my last two cars at this dealership, but after my last couple of visits to the service department I will not be going back. Every time I end up having to deal with this part dealership, but after my last couple of visits to the service department I will not be going back. Every time I end up having to deal with this particular woman in the service department, she screws something up. I’ve tried to be extra nice, because I typically don’t have success with complaining, so it’s time for me to move on. There used to be some really great guys in the service area but I don’t know what happened, they’ve had some employee turnover or something. This dealership was pretty good until the last few months. Going to try the Olathe location next time. More
