I purchased a used car from State Line Nissan. I was unhappy with the car, so I contacted Chad and asked about trading for a new Altima and if it was possible to get me around the same payment ($303) as unhappy with the car, so I contacted Chad and asked about trading for a new Altima and if it was possible to get me around the same payment ($303) as I had on the used car. He told me that I absolutely couldn't buy a new Altima. I asked how much the payment would be and was told for a base model Altima my payment would be $500 a month. I asked some further questions by email and he didn't even give me the common courtesy to respond back. I contacted Youngblood Nissan and they were amazing from start to finish. I bought a New Altima (not a base model) with a 6% less interest rate and am paying less money for my new car than my 2006 I bought from State Line Nissan. State Line Nissan was the worst buying experience I have ever had. Chad Barker is very unprofessional! More

We had saved up enough to pay cash, and we read good reports abut the Altima. I got up early on 1/31/2012 with the sole purpose of buying an Altima that day. To make a long story short. I was a returning customer who wanted to buy a car that day. However, they were so rude and arrogant that I ended up buying a Toyata instead. The weather was unseasonably nice in January and I think that they sold a lot of cars and did not care if they sold more. In fact, the sales manager had taken the day off acording to the receptionist. What a way to treat a returning customer. More
At State Line Nissan, Floyd didn't hassle me and he gave me a straight price. At the other dealerships they all treated me like I fell of a turnip truck trying to sell to me at sticker price. We came to State Line Nissan on the recommendation of another family member who purchased a Nissan from Floyd Crowley. Floyd made our new car purchase a very smooth transaction. He listen to what we wanted in a car and explained the options we had and our decision to purchase the 2012 Nissan Rogue was an easy one to make as it fit what we needed and wanted in a vehicle. Floyd was very professional and not a high pressure salesman...the entire process was a great one. We highly recommend Floyd Crowley and State Line Nissan is fortunate to have him as a salesperson. I was there to check a new Nissan. First I had a very friendly employee (Sam). But then I had to switch to another guy. He was absolutely unfriendly and seemed not very happy to work. I waited an hour to friendly employee (Sam). But then I had to switch to another guy. He was absolutely unfriendly and seemed not very happy to work. I waited an hour to get some information and at the end the first mentioned price of my car increased 1000,-$ because of not possible discounts which were mentioned in the basic offer, when I arrived at the dealership. All in all my worst experience in any Car Dealer ship so far. Absolutely not to recommend from my point of view. More
