The Best Buying Experience EVER!!!!!!! I brought a 2006 z4 completely online, Jim Wood was my salesman and to say he went above and beyond is an understatement. I am 50 and have brought many cars, this buying experience was the best i have ever had. Jim took the time to go over car for me to the point he took pictures of some very tiny marks on paint and sent them via text so I could see. I also did not realize the front and back BMW emblems where worn from time. Jim took it upon himself to order the replacements for me, I have never experience this level of honesty at any dealership. When I went and picked up car it was a 4 hour drive car was spotless ready to go, the car being a 2006 was brought as is and should be for the age. As I drove back home, I had issues with the headlights which i found out is common with z4. I never called because car was as is, also the dealership would have no way of knowing because the issue occurs from time to time, so I brought the car into my local dealer to get fix, here is the best part of my Ron Norris Honda/Jim Wood experience, Jim gave me a call later the same day i brought car in for repairs to ask how my drive home was I told him great and explained the headlight issue, he asked me to send him bill and he would see what he could do. At this point I was stunned, think about it I purchased a car as is, my experience with every other dealership is they would have said oh well. Not Jim Wood, he agreed to pay half the repair bill which for a BMW was very expensive. As I write this I still can't put to words what an amazing group of people work at RON NORRIS HONDA. If anyone reads this and is skeptical ask Jim for my number I would be happy to tell you about what a great dealership this is. Again I am 4 hours from this dealership and will use them every time I buy a car in the future. More
Sales Manager with no manners or respect After careful review of the minivan, I finally decided to purchase. I thought since I was already approved by my bank that this would be simple. We After careful review of the minivan, I finally decided to purchase. I thought since I was already approved by my bank that this would be simple. We wrote a sale order and was ready to buy but we waited and waited. Finally, after a few hours of waiting and very frustrated, I was approached by the sales manager that didn't care one bit about selling me the van. Instead, he wanted us to come back another day and try to get a deal. I don't understand what went wrong but when I didn't agree to drive back 45 minutes to a dealer that could not sell the van that night, he closed my file and walked past me as if I had done something wrong. We gave every chance to make the deal by calling ahead of time, providing our bank that pre-approved and even having a tag to put on the van. I felt the least they could do was accommodate my needs since we both worked the next few days. It was a shame the salesman was wonderful but the manager was rude and didn't want the sale. Luckily for us, we left and found a newer van with a better price at Southeastern Honda, they made everything happen that night with kindness and respect. More
Tire Road Hazard Service I brought our 2013 Honda CRV in this morning because one of the tires had a slow leak due to a nail that we'd picked up. The lady that was at the serv I brought our 2013 Honda CRV in this morning because one of the tires had a slow leak due to a nail that we'd picked up. The lady that was at the service desk was relatively snippy and told me that I'd need to leave our car with her for the whole day or make an appointment for Monday. She kept telling me that they were understaffed and couldn't take care of the tire right then. Mind you I know that it takes about 20 minutes to plug a tire. I asked her if we could make an appointment for later in the day and I could bring it back then. The answer remained that I'd have to leave the car with them until they got around to it. I'm mainly writing this to commend the young tech that ended up taking care of the tire for us.I believe that his name was Steve. Seeing that I was becoming upset and that I wasn't getting anywhere with the service desk lady he asked me if we'd mind waiting about 30 minutes. His professionalism and great customer care needs to be recognized. He took my keys from me and within 20 minutes came back to me to tell me that he'd fixed the tire and that we were ready to go. I really appreciate the fact that he was able to get outside of the box and solve our problem for us. Kudos Steve!!! I will return for service in the future, hopefully I can bypass the service lady. HORRIBLE COMPLETELY blown away by this dealership.Needed some warranty work completed on my truck due to a power steering FAILURE. Dealship blamed my lift and COMPLETELY blown away by this dealership.Needed some warranty work completed on my truck due to a power steering FAILURE. Dealship blamed my lift and tires then wanted to charge me 2200 dollars to fix it. Thank god rough county stands by there products and customers. I will never buy another GM product because of this dealership. I would recommend anyone go to them. Best part is I asked for a full report of how and why it was related to my lift In a written statement and I basically got a run around story on paper. Do not expect professionalism or quality customer service. More
Best Car Buying Experience I've Ever Had I recently purchased a Certified Pre-owned Civic from Ron Norris and I have never completed a sale as quickly or hassle free in over 20 car purchases I recently purchased a Certified Pre-owned Civic from Ron Norris and I have never completed a sale as quickly or hassle free in over 20 car purchases during my lifetime. I did a lot of research on the value of the car I purchased and the value of my trade in and received a fair deal. My salesman, Jim Wood, was very helpful and professional throughout the process. I never got the "let me talk to my manager" runaround that is common at most dealerships. The most pleasant surprise was in the closing office when I rejected the offer of an extended warranty and got a simple reply of "OK", not the usual hard sell scare tactics I've experienced at every other dealership I've purchased from. Everyone I had contact with in the dealership was pleasant and professional. I would recommend Ron Norris to anyone considering the purchase of a Honda. More

The first time I had a problem with Ron Norris Service was when I took my daughter's 2000 CRV in for a loud rattle going over large bumps like speed bumps. The service department said that the problem wa was when I took my daughter's 2000 CRV in for a loud rattle going over large bumps like speed bumps. The service department said that the problem was in the steering rack which would need replacing. Over $1000 to fix. I asked if it was a safety hazard and they said no so I put it off. I have my own factory manuals and tied in to service bulletins so I did some homework and found that the very specific complaint was on a service bulletin where the rubber mounts fail in the REAR of the car. It was easy enough for me to crawl under the car and I could see that the rubber was split. They simply preferred to charge me a grand and replace the rack while not fixing the problem at all as apposed to dealing, in my behalf, with Honda of America to cover the repair. The second time I was just recently when I was informed by Discount Tire that I had an alignment problem with my rear wheels on my 2007 Civic EX. I took it in to Ron Norris to see what they would say. I know that this was a service bulletin issue before I went in because my wife's 2007 Civic had already had the repair done before we had bought it. They made no offer to work with me to cover even the parts. They wanted $46 just to put it on the rack and check it. Not only that they wanted to put in homemade links not the factory new links. I had never heard of that from a dealer. The service tech was trying to convince me that he was saving me money. I was looking at over $500 repair. I told them that I was going to check with Holler Honda before I would commit. So on the way home I called Holler parts department to see if they stocked the kit that was required or could get it. He not only found the kit in the computer but voluntarily went to the service manager on my behalf to explain my situation. He came back and said that the service manager would plead with Honda America to cover the repairs and then apologized that they could not cover the cost of the tires. I was not asking for that. I drove straight over there to Holler on 436 and they bent over backwards to accommodate me. They did the whole repair with the factory kit and did not charge me for anything. I was even willing to pay for the re alignment but no they covered that too. What a contrast. Now the kicker is that I wrote a personal letter, not an email, to Ron Norris explaining the quality of service that I received and how I was treated so differently at Holler. It has been over two months since I sent the letter and I have yet to receive any kind of response. How disappointing. If you are buying a car there they are probably all right. I have not done that, but I will never ask them to perform any more service on any of my Hondas which I have several. More

Very nice guy and helped us a lot. They gave us $900 more for our trade in than Daytona did. A deal was quickly done and we now have a new blue Fit that we love, Great place to get a car and no pressure. If you are looking for a Honda, go see Dave More
