This dealership was originally under Ron Norris, and we've done business with them for over 30 years. EXCELLENT service when it was under Ron Norris. This dealership is now under Starling Honda and it's like night and day. AVOID purchasing a vehicle from Starling! We had an absolutely HORRIBLE buying experience. Legal paperwork had errors all through it starting with the misspelling of name, also stated that a spoiler was on order when in fact it was two other items on order. Our normal salesperson that we've purchased vehicles from in the past and trusted, turned out to be dishonest. He stated that two items were not put on the car and they were on order. When asked WHEN we could expect them, he couldn't look us in the eye and said after the 4th. Later we found out that the two items are on backorder with no release date. That means it could be weeks to months before we'll be able to have them installed on our car. Starling was more than happy to take our money though! They kept us waiting 2.5 hours AFTER our scheduled appointment time when they could have easily called us and rescheduled. We took the car home, parked it and didn't drive it until 4 days later when we had an error message "Blind Spot Information Problem, see dealer." --- Took it to the service department, they noted the code, drove it and reset it. We left and went to get a bite to eat and when we got into the vehicle it happened again. 2nd trip to the dealer within the same day...now they are going to order a part for a BRAND NEW CAR! We are keeping track of problems in case we need to invoke the Lemon Law. NOT a good buying experience at all!!! Dave Thorson) offered only excuses when it came to the mispelling of the middle name. This is the LAST car that we will ever purchase from Starling and possibly the last Honda that we'll ever purchase. Make sure you check all reviews before deciding to purchase from any dealership! I love Ron Norris Honda in Titusville. Jim Wood greeted me like a long lost friend. He showed me the vehicle I could afford, just being honest, and somehow accepted my beat up 2015 Civic for a beautiful 20 me like a long lost friend. I went for oil change and tire rotation..Now my steering vibrates severely. I'm from out-of-state and cannot go back to fix this issue. Stopped without appoitment Living out of state I have had no previous experience with any Honda dealer in Florida. John listened to all of my needs and concerns, and made sure all of the paperwork was completed in a timely manner. John showed what a caring and dedicated person he is, by going above and beyond what he had to do. He knew the vehicle was going to be driven a long distance immediately, and arranged to have it thoroughly inspected before releasing it to me. A few minor items were detected, and addressed, ensuring an uneventful road trip. I will never shop anywhere else for a new, or used vehicle. Way to go John! More

Manager was rude by telling me to shut my mouth while he explained and admitted to there mistake and said they would search other Honda dealers to find one. Don’t worry about it. Went to space coast and actually got a better deal and the car we wanted in stock. Actually they have about a hundred more Honda’s in stock. More

All of the employees of the nicest people that you'll ever meet. I purchased a new Honda from his Honda dealership and received the best price better then any other Honda dealership that I went to throughout Central Florida. According to a National Consumer nonprofit magazine, the price they gave me was only a little over their cost. Sadly, Mr. Ron Norris recently passed away... He will be truly missed by his family, friends, and myself. He left a wonderful Legacy for Titusville. Best Honda dealer in Florida with no local dealer markups like many dealers add on stickers. Very willing to discount resulting in better prices than other Honda dealers anywhere in Florida. They are the friendliest and most kind folks!! They are OUR Titusville "home-town" car sales and repair center 🌞 I love their new buildings... Fantastic design and I bet their repair crews love their air-conditioned repair shop.
