I had an intermittent Air Conditioning problem, so it was a challenge from the start. They found refrigerant to be a little low and did all normal service, charging to proper level. I felt they should have included a dye when the chargedit, to make finding any potential leaks a bit easier. They said I wouldn't be charged if it happened again and they needed to add dye. Could have saved a step here, in my opinion. Overall the service was very good and I am satisfied. Always have good service here, which is why I don't go to my closest Ford dealer and come here instead. More

They were fairly straightforward to deal with, but I believe most problems come from the sales staff. The salesperson I worked with did not seem to have a solid understanding of the truck I purchased. F believe most problems come from the sales staff. The salesperson I worked with did not seem to have a solid understanding of the truck I purchased. For the most part, I had to seek out additional information elsewhere. It also seemed like my salesperson didn’t fully understand the details of my deal and often had a different objective than I did. When I asked specific questions, the responses felt deflective at best—or I didn’t get an answer at all. Because of this, I found it more effective to deal directly with management. If you feel like you’re getting the runaround, I recommend speaking with management right away. The floor manager was professional and helpful, and the finance manager was also great to work with. More
