The dealership itself is nice. I made an appointment with a salesperson told him exactly what I wanted, upon arrival he did not have what I wanted on site. That was frustrating. Update: I received the refund that we discussed and the GM said that they have put a policy in place to ensure this doesn't happen to anyone else. I love the truck they sold me. They gave me a price for the vehicle I wanted but then changed the price when I went to financing. Richard said he was going to refund my money but then I couldn't get ahold of him. When I did finally reach him he said that everyone had gone home for the day and that he would get back to me, but he still hasn't gotten back to me and claimed his voicemail isn't working. It is difficult to talk to anyone at the dealership. More
