Hello, my Ruby Red 2014 Mustang GT Premium had an AC compressor failure so I made an appointment for the next day in the afternoon then I contacted Dominic at the service desk and asked if I could bring compressor failure so I made an appointment for the next day in the afternoon then I contacted Dominic at the service desk and asked if I could bring my car first thing in the morning and he said no problem. By 2pm that afternoon the diagnosis was failed compressor which after 100K miles is to be expected. Dominic ordered for me a very had to find OEM compressor and was installed the next morning and picked up my car mid day. Honestly this service dept is top notch and expedites you ASAP and I know from experience going to another local Ford dealer who kept my car 20 days for a failed clutch. I would definitely recommend Starling Ford Service Dept. Dominic is awesome service rep and above all else including expediting my AC compressor replacement his communication was outstanding, kept me in the loop throughout this repair experience. Very professional service dept and service staff (Dominic). More
