Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. I’m truly sorry for the experience you had during your recent visit, and I appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. The heat shield under your vehicle should have been properly secured before it left our service department, and it’s unacceptable that you had to discover the issue on your own—let alone crawl under the vehicle to correct it yourself. Your safety is our responsibility, and we did not uphold that standard here. I’m also very concerned to hear about the way your safety concerns were addressed when you called in. Regardless of the severity of the issue, you should never feel dismissed or unheard, especially when discussing something that could affect your ability to drive safely at highway speeds.
