Disappointed all the way around. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle under factory warranty and was not disclosed that it was not “certified” and would have to pay for it to be cert I purchased a pre-owned vehicle under factory warranty and was not disclosed that it was not “certified” and would have to pay for it to be certified until after a deal was reached. Finance offered me and 8% rate and then they were able to come up with a 6% rate magically after I told them my bank had prequalified me for 6% About 3 months after the purchase, I was told I had to bring it in for a software update just before the warranty ended, and started having computer issues the following week after getting it. The next available and convenient service appointment was 2 weeks later but since it was now after the factory warranty period, it was no longer covered. The service advisor was unfriendly and walked by at least a dozen times without making eye contact or saying a word while I waited patiently for 4 hours. I was also making a 2nd attempt to receive the complimentary oil change in this 4 hour visit to find out it hadn’t even started when I was told the software repairs weren’t covered, and I wasn’t about to wait any longer. Will not return here. More
