My experience with Wayne started off ok then the communication never happened. Parts were not ordered correctly and I wasn’t notified. I was expecting my car to be done in a week and it ended up be communication never happened. Parts were not ordered correctly and I wasn’t notified. I was expecting my car to be done in a week and it ended up being 3 weeks. I pick up my car and it was a dirty mess and that’s not how I dropped it off. Wayne then tries to call the police on me for not paying the invoice. What he failed to do was file with my warranty and instead called me and threatened me with the pilice. The guy gave me my keys and Wayne said nothing about me owing anything so I assumed it was all covered. As I drove away my vehicle I immediately noticed the same issue happening. Nobody drove my vehicle to check it. I believe they bolted the old transmission back on and didn’t do a thing because it was not any better lafter they put a rebuilt transmission in my car but claimed to install an $8,000 new transmission. It was an absolute horror show and they should be ashamed of themselves and should have offered to fix my car and give me a loaner until it’s fixed. Now 3 weeks later my vehicle still isn’t fixed. I would avoid Wayne and Starling Chevrolet at all costs. My attorney has been contacted. More
