Finally a Car Dealership that gets it! Rob Farish was great to work with. He ask us what we wanted and then he delivered. It's great to have a local dealership provide that kind of service. Rob Farish was great to work with. He ask us what we wanted and then he delivered. It's great to have a local dealership provide that kind of service. Rob, the finance department Brennen, and GM John Thomas are top notch and I look forward to the experience of buying my kids first car from Mt Pleasant Chevy in a couple of years. great job guys, buy local! I took it in for an oil change which over an hour to have done no issues that time. Then it was time to have the oil changed again called to make an appt because that is what they prefer you do, to only be told on three different times the service dept was busy and someone would call me back. Never recd a call back to make that appt. fast forward 6 months, recd coupon on the mail for a 6 qt full synthetic oil change and tire rotation for $49.95. I called made the appt (no trouble this time). Showed up for my appt informed Steven in service that I was pretty sure my car took 7 qts and to let me know the price for the 7th at as I will gladly pay for the 7th qt. 1 1/2 hours later my car is done. Was told by Steven after he looked at the work order and he said looks like your car only took 6 qts. Ok sounds good paid and left. Drove from mt p to North Charleston and when I got home my car was ticking, um no tick when you got it should not be a tick now. Called them talked to Randy informed him that I have a 5.7 hemi and it needed 7 (after googling) he said bring it back and I will top it off for free. Showed up they took my car around back to investigate 25 mins later (does not take that long to check oil and top off) he came back and said that they put in 7 but only charged for 6 and he waited for the oil to drain back from the engine into the pan and it was at the full mark on the stick. Ok thank you, walked out to check it myself and guess what I found the oil was not showing on the stick like it was suppose to it was barely touching the first line. And if anyone knows that is the need to add more oil line. Informed him that the car needed more oil. Randy then said we need to let it sit for at least ten mins to get a true reading on the oil....... 30 mins later we still reading the same oil line, so I told him I did not bring it in here with a tick I was not leaving with a tick and he needed to add oil to my car. He came out with 1/2 quart of oil and added that to the car. We are now reading oil 1/2 way between need to add and full. Advised him that was not full and needed to add more. He left got the shop foreman, who preceded to tell me that was normal readings for a dodge, ummmmm no I may be a woman but I have been checking my own oil for years and my husband is a diesel mechanic so I know where the oil should be and he needed to add oil to my car to get rid of the tick that I did not have when I brought it to him. After another 10 mins of let's stand around and wait for the oil to drain back from the engine (does not take 45 mins to get a reading) they finally add another 1/2 qt of oil to my car and guess what we are full now. Simply doing what they were suppose to do this morning and make me pay for the extra qt and actually put that qt in this would not have been a problem at all. That is shady xxx work and I will not be taking any of my cars there anymore. I work too hard to have someone who clearly does not know what they doing for an oil change work on my stuff again...... INCOMPETENT LIARS!!!! Kyle Monin stole our cds from our trade in vehicle!!!! Attempting to still get them back 7 months later and every time my husband calls he is told the Kyle Monin stole our cds from our trade in vehicle!!!! Attempting to still get them back 7 months later and every time my husband calls he is told they will have Kyle contact him and nothing... even the manager told my husband he would find out and have Kyle contact us..... again nothing 7 months later.... still nothing.... LIARS.... I would never recommend ppl to liars so therefore would never recommend this facility. If the manager can't even control what is happening with the customers property and his employees... then what kind of business condones this kind of customer service.... very unreliable... please RUN far away to another dealership and save yourself from any possible frustration!!! We appreciated the fact that he showed us many options and took the time to help is find the right one. The truck is perfect and I would not hesitate to refer him to friends and to go back to him when it's time to purchase another vehicle. Thanks Rob! More

I’m a repeat offender at the dealership now, having purchased my second Colorado. And, I couldn’t be more pleased. My relationship with the dealership and with associates like Rob makes owning a vehicle effortless. In his signature style, Rob personally brokered the deal, handling all aspects of the transaction, including the installation of my accessories. Thanks to his consideration and attention to detail, I walked away with the vehicle that I wanted while staying within the budget that I needed. If anything, I was the most difficult part of the transaction. They practically had to pry me out of my trade-in. But I’ve moved from one spectacular vehicle to the next and will definitely be back – especially knowing the level of service I can expect. More
Be careful who you deal with I have updated this review to include issues I had after the sale. Rob (and the sales manager) made a commitment to replace a broken dash as part of the deal then balked after several months of back and forth. After installing an aftermarket cover over the top of the dash which was glued over and covered the Bose center channel, I asked multiple times to be escalated to the next level. Rob continued to obstruct the process and told me that there was no point in talking to anyone above him as they had already made the decision that this was the best they could do. I explained I planned on updating my reviews to include this experience to which he replied "your one negative review up against all the positive ones will look ludicrous". Well, OK then... Finally, after writing the General Manager (who unfortunately for him was new on the job and had obviously inherited a mess) I was able to get the issue resolved. John Thomas (General Manager) took over and made sure a new dash was ordered and properly installed. He was apologetic and eager to make this right. The best part about this whole incident, Rob has now texted me 3 times asking me to change the review. Well Rob, I have updated as you requested. I'm sure you aren't worried about my "one negative review" right? More

Great Service with Rob Farish I recently worked with Rob Farish at Mount Pleasant Chevrolet on a buy back deal on my 2016 Suburban. Because the dealership was buying back the car I recently worked with Rob Farish at Mount Pleasant Chevrolet on a buy back deal on my 2016 Suburban. Because the dealership was buying back the car instead of a trade in, there was not much 'upside' for Rob. Regardless, he treated us like we were buying a car and was attentive, professional and extremely helpful. I would recommend Rob and Mt. P Chevy to anyone in the market.. More
