I went to Starling with my Husband who bought a 2500, which he had been trying to find for quite some time. Dan and Dominik were wonderful. Friendly and professional and instrumental in getting my Husban which he had been trying to find for quite some time. Dan and Dominik were wonderful. When I saw how well they worked with their team, Chip in sales and Rich in Finance; I knew this was the dealership I trusted to turn in my Tahoe to get a new one. Dan found me a Tahoe super cruise which exceeded my expectations of having “all the bells and whistles” and even made sure I would get my black gloss 22’s and good floor mats. Again, Chip was phenomenal with paperwork and making sure he updated my Chevrolet app information for me and showed me how and where to purchase new accessories I might want as well as where the service dept is for when I come to get my truck serviced. He also took the time to make sure my onstar was activated as well as my Sirius xm. Rich again, found me the best financing available and we are both super happy with our experience and purchases. Best dealership experience either one of us has ever had and Starling will always have a repeat customer out of us because of it! This is the dealership you want to do business with- the team and their inventory are top notch! More
Worst experience I ever had buying a car. This dealership is beyond incompetant and absolutely does not care for the customer. I was driving on an expired temp tag for a couple months due to their errors and they would not even issue a new one to me. Luckily I was not stopped by the police. They either lied or gave me incorrect information about the length of the extended warranty. When it came time to sign the paperwork, I read the fine print and discovered the lies/errors. I told them I would not sign until they removed it but they said I needed to sign since it was then end of the month to keep the current deal. I was told I could cancel the warranty within 60 days. I did confirm this was true. However, it was an act of God to get the finance person to even return a call or email in order to make the cancellation happen. I finally had to send an email to the GM who was similarly unresponsive but I finally got it canceled. On top of all this, upon my first CPO oil change, I was told my rotors were low and needed replaced. I looked at the CPO certifiacation paperwork and they certified my vehicle with rotor measurements which fell below the requirements for CPO. I highly suggest you never do business with Starling Chevrolet. I only bought this car because I had a buddy who worked there part time as a salesman. Can you imagine how they treat a customer with no coneections? Needless to say, my buddy no longer works there due to the incompetance and poor customer service. Run away from this dealership! More

After quoting me $600 for a trans fluid flush to fix a well know problem with GM 8 speed automatics suffering from torque converter shudder, I dropped off the truck for service. After two days they called me back and stated that the "certified technician" recommended I needed a new valve body and it would now cost $3300. Needless to say I picked my truck up without that nonsense but they charged me $150 for diagnosis and I don't believe they did anything. After receiving the work order document I saw that they changed what I told them was wrong with it to justify the extra work. I had told them it had an intermittent shudder and they changed this to say that I said "gears are not shifting properly" which I never said because that never happened. After doing some google research, I was able to found a trans fluid additive that I put in myself for $60 that totally fixed the problem. Avoid these guys like the plague! More

Do I start with the fact that the service manager refused to even see me and said if I had an issue, to call Chevrolet. What a horrible dealership. What a horrible experience. Avoid at all cost. You have been warned. PS. When I told them I would leave them a bad review, the service rep literally said they don’t care…. Because nobody reads online reviews. Prove them wrong. Take your business elsewhere. More
