I brought my vehicle in for a problem several months ago. It was having problems starting. The engine was barely able to turn over. They found nothing they could fix. So we left with no charges. A few days It was having problems starting. The engine was barely able to turn over. They found nothing they could fix. So we left with no charges. A few days ago my wife was struck in the drive through at CVS, unable to start the engine. I had the car towed to Sterling. This time they found the problem and fixed it. It should have been fixed the first time. I diagnosed it the first time as the starter. They were very apologetics and courteous, but they had missed an "obvious " fault , that could have left her strand somewhere dangerous. They recovered well and are moving toward a very positive rating. More
