THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO FOR SALES, SERVICE, AND FRIENDSHIP! I recently started going to Mt P Chevy for service after having a terrible experience somewhere else. They gave my old Mazda all the love it deserved at a great price with excellent service. When my Mazda finally gave up the fight in the middle of the highway this week and we had it towed to the garage, my buddies Greg, Brian, Mike and Joe gave me a hug and told me it was going to be OK. They asked me what I like, what I want, and what I can afford. NO pushiness, no hard sale, no guilt trips! Literally, I sat in one car, looked over at another, and I found my ride! Now I am the owner of a shiny new pre owned Red Implala! It is gorgeous, drives great, and the best part was how easy the guys made the sale. A few sign heres, a couple of phone calls, and now I feel secure knowing that not only do I have a great reliable car, but I have a service plan with a bunch of people that care about my business! Definitely the first time I ever hugged my car guys! Thanks guys you are all winners and I will recommend you to everyone! More
Very bad purchase experience I have purchased many auto's over the years and this is the worst experience I have ever had. This dealership first wanted personal info and then ran I have purchased many auto's over the years and this is the worst experience I have ever had. This dealership first wanted personal info and then ran credit over numerous banks. They have outrageous fees, beware of this if you are thinking of buying from them. Now they have not processed the title work with SCDMV, because I have refused to sign a privacy notice that is not needed. I paid for the auto, they have the money and will not uphold their end of the deal. Needless to say, I do not trust this dealer. Update to this review: The owner of this dealership has since corrected the issues and they are now processing the title and tag transfer as expected. However, this does not restore my trust in this dealership. More

Ever since Joe Sarro showed up at this dealership, things have only been first rate. When I requested to speak with the technician that services my truck, I have been able to discuss things with him on a re have only been first rate. When I requested to speak with the technician that services my truck, I have been able to discuss things with him on a regular basis. Jim (the service tech) knows my truck, what the history is, he knows that I like to know what was done, and he explains everything to me, and then some. One time, he even gave me a quick lesson on the functions of my truck with regard to using the brake controller. (I learned that I can override grade braking if I need to, depending on the conditions in which I am hauling). Having the ability to build a relationship with the service technician that works on my truck is SO important to me. Jim is extremely knowledgable, takes the time to come out and discuss my concerns and he LISTENS to what I need; both when I bring my truck to be serviced and when I pick it up. Now THAT is how service should be done… I can't say enough about what that says to me, my family and friends about what this dealership thinks about customer service. My parents also purchased a vehicle from Billy in sales this past February, and they live in Atlanta. Billy bent over backwards to assist my parents in ways that enabled them to stay within their budget, he spent consecutive days educating them about the vehicle and being sure they felt confident in using the higher tech components in their new car. I have met Joe Sarro personally almost every time I am at the dealership - he is very visible to the customers and inquiring as to their experience or if their needs have been met. This dealership is breaking the mold when it comes to how a car dealership should be run. What a refreshing change of pace! Thank you Mount Pleasant Chevrolet! More
I recommend Mt Pleasant Chevrolet as a great place to shop with outstanding customer service. Here is my story: I stopped by to see how the second row seats in the Chevy Tahoe folded to allow access to shop with outstanding customer service. Here is my story: I stopped by to see how the second row seats in the Chevy Tahoe folded to allow access to the third row seats. I was so surprised to find out they flipped up and out of the way! I have always loved the Tahoes' and now even more so. Chris the gentleman I was with was showed me what was available in a used Tahoe ----- I was driving a new Ford Explorer - that was very nice - and I liked it -- But --- There were several things I really missed -- space; sitting up high; ground clearance; V8 engine and most importantly the feeling of being safe. As a mature adult I found myself falling in love all over again with a big, boxy, spacious, safe vehicle--the Chevy Tahoe! Chris was a good sales person and he knew his vehicle. He introduced me to his Manager -- Sam - who was very helpful in working the deal and then the finance gentleman -- Mike -- looked alot to find me the best interest rate. A great group of personnel ---- They worked with me to get me what I wanted! More
I am very pleased with the effort Mount Pleasant Chevrolet put into finding the Suburban that I needed and getting it promptly. They were open, followed up and did what they said they would do, and Chevrolet put into finding the Suburban that I needed and getting it promptly. Norman (and the rest of the staff) was very friendly and helpful. He was able to work with me to get a deal I felt comfortable with, which I think is really the key to any good deal. I talked to Norman for a couple hours (I wasn't in any hurry) while their finance office worked out the paperwork, and he, and the couple other people I spoke to, seemed very honest and sincere, which is a valuable quality that can be hard to find at a used car dealership. Norman even offered to follow up with me every so often to see how everything was going with my new Jeep, which was more than okay with me. Also, several of the employees and staff there are prior military, and the whole place was very military-friendly, so I'd definitely recommend it for any military stationed here! More
Nick was extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Didn't buy today, but will only see him when I do. Have already recommended him to family. Didn't buy today, but will only see him when I do. Have already recommended him to family. More

I visited 3 dealerships and spoke with two additional ones. I love customer service but when it comes down to it- I will deal with a lot to save some money. In the end, Mt. Pleasant Chevrolet won me over with the best deal (trade in and new purchase price) and the customer service was the icing on the cake! Norman was an excellent sales guy that knows his trucks and Lane was wonderful to work with. With that said, I have to add, in most dealerships no other sales guys will even smile or speak since they are not the ones making the deal but EVERY person I encountered in this dealership was GREAT! One passing sales guy offered to buy me a coke when I was fumbling for change, the gentlemen that detailed my truck was very nice and professional, and the owner, Joe, took the time to introduce himself. This dealership is like a big family that honestly seems to want to really take care of their customers. They gave me some add-ons that I will have to get installed soon and I am hoping the service will be as good as the sales. In the past, my experience is that once you buy the vehicle- your just another person off the street when it comes to service but I really think that this dealership is different! I highly recommend giving them a try—you will likely be back to purchase in the end! More
