It's been almost 2 months since we got the car, wanted to give it some time before I write a review just in case something "suddenly" goes wrong, like so many times in the past while doing business with other dealers, but so far so good. Norman kept all of his promises, thanks to him we had a great buying experience. He followed up with us many times to make sure everything's fine. We even got a check for a small amount of money we were overcharged for fees and other variables during the transaction. Nobody would have noticed if they hadn't returned the money but the fact that they did it just blows my mind. No other business so far has missed an opportunity to take advantage of me as a customer. As far as the price of the car - I'm sure an Infiniti dealer would have never cut us such a great deal. More

She and I agree, this was the easiest car buying experience we've ever had. No question, we will return to do more shopping with Chris for our next vehicle. Thank goodness they are in our backyard! The Owner checked in several times to make sure we were being taken care of and thanked us for the business. Never seen that before. Felt like they cared we were shopping with them. Nice job. More
Poor Service Experience Battery light came on in suburban. Called Service Dept and was told it was not an immediate service need. Made appointment for service at 10 am next m Battery light came on in suburban. Called Service Dept and was told it was not an immediate service need. Made appointment for service at 10 am next morning. At 8 am next morning my car died on the side of the road. Car towed to MP Chevrolet at 9 am. Tow truck driver told service rep that the alternator was dead. At 11 am service rep for MP Chev said that they were 'running diagnostics' and that it could take 'hours' to diagnose the problem. A while later another service rep said that they hadn't looked at my car yet because they were still working on cars from the previous day. It took 5 1/2 hours for MP Chevrolet Service to look at my engine, diagnose the problem and fix my dead alternator even with parts in-stock. Poor advice from service reps, and poor, misleading communication from service reps. More
Carnival Side Show I had a really bad experience at this car dealership yesterday. They actually tried to play the bait and switch with the sales manager walking out and I had a really bad experience at this car dealership yesterday. They actually tried to play the bait and switch with the sales manager walking out and giving me no reason why he low balled my trade in on my car. They never inspected my vehicle nor drove it. But that's what they do these days. Your trade in is either a commodity or going to be sold wholesale. It was really my fault to walk on a lot blind, them not giving me the price on the vehicle I test drove, and then coming back with a price that was above retail on a car that had 7800 miles on it and a dent in the passenger side door. Though it's amazing that I found the price on the vehicle on my phone and was blown away when they came back with their offer. I felt for the sales guy for he had done nothing wrong. It was the analytic Sales Manager that literally walked away when I told him I'm not going to haggle over this deal. Bully for you that you can ask above retail prices on cars and sheeple pay for it. I work too hard for my money to hand it over to this car dealership for them to receive a gouging profit. More

Vehicle Service Service light came on in my vehicle. I took car in unscheduled the next morning, where Frank immediately got my in. My car was finished by 11am same Service light came on in my vehicle. I took car in unscheduled the next morning, where Frank immediately got my in. My car was finished by 11am same day, no issues. This is my 2 experience with Frank and both times I've received excellent service. Highly recommend Mt Pleasant Chevrolet Service department. More
Great Vehicle Service The service department listened to my laundry list of repairs and requested diagnostics that I had created for them. Each item was addressed. I even had one problem fixed by the correction of another problem.....a two for one! They even cleaned and vacuumed the truck while in their care. I'm ready for another 235,000 miles. Thanks Greg! I decided to take a look at a dealership next door to me.....Chevrolet of Mount Pleasant. I had already decided on the car I wanted and researched the car online to discover the lowest price, apples to apples, in the states. I was met outside by the most wonderful young man, Danny B, I told him the car I wanted and showed him the price I wanted it for. Danny did his magic and made it work. Not only did I get the price I wanted, but this man and dealership worked with me to overcome boundaries such as having all PA taxes included, tags and registration, there was nothing my daughter needed to do other than get it inspected. If you are serious about finding a great deal and being surrounded by a bunch of wonderful people, don't go to "stokes...any of them" go see Danny B. At Mount Pleasant Chevrolet. By the way, the owner is a pretty great guy as well :) More

Nick Lanzarin was AMAZING!!!
