Ridiculous wait for oil change Called and Scheduled oil change/tire rotation appointment for 2:30pm. Handed over my keys around 2:20, vehicle was finally taken back for service at 3 Called and Scheduled oil change/tire rotation appointment for 2:30pm. Handed over my keys around 2:20, vehicle was finally taken back for service at 3:25. What's the point in having an appointment time when it takes over an hour to start working on it??? More

Exceeding Expectations I was directed to Norman Sasnett as the "Corvette Specialist" at Mount Pleasant Chevrolet as I was waiting for service on my Chevy Colorado. I have waited a very long time to get my second Corvette and wanted the experience to be a very good one. Norman exceeded all of my expectations: his patience explaining and discussing all of the available options was tremendous, his product knowledge was extremely good, his constant communication with me throughout the entire process made sure that there were no unanswered questions and the time he spent with me reviewing the car upon delivery was really helpful. I ended up walking into the dealership one day needing some pricey Norman Sasnett was of great assistance when helping me pick out my new 2016 Malibu. I ended up walking into the dealership one day needing some pricey rotor/tire services on my 2013 Malibu (which was also a lease) but ultimately drove out with a new car! Norman hooked me up with whatever discount that he could find for me on my new deal. I would recommend Norman to anybody looking for a solid offer on a slick ride! More
