Excellent customer service, very happy! Drove to Charleston to look at a slightly used Tahoe and it got sold right before I got there, ugh! This was our first time dealing with Starling Chevrolet and I must say, I was very impressed with Jarrett, Norman, and the rest of the team there. My wife had a very specific, hard to get vehicle that she and I must say, I was very impressed with Jarrett, Norman, and the rest of the team there. My wife had a very specific, hard to get vehicle that she wanted and the guys worked hard on finding exactly what she wanted. Once found, Jarrett kept us up to date on the progress of where it was located all the way until it was delivered to the dealership. They had it ready to pick up in no time and coordinated easily between myself and my bank.
