The service rep told me when my car was towed in that it would be a couple of days till they got to it .Three days later it was ready . My car broke down less than a mile from the dealership and it took me 3 hours to get a tow . More

I live in Annapolis MD. Pulled in with low tire pressure. Had to make 10 hour drive home. Everyone was VERY helpful and changed my tire, installed spare in record time.
