We were in contact with a sales representative about a particular vehicle. The rep assured us the vehicle was ready to be test driven. We specifically told the rep multiple times that we are coming from T particular vehicle. The rep assured us the vehicle was ready to be test driven. We specifically told the rep multiple times that we are coming from Tallahassee Fl and wanted to make certain the vehicle was ready to be picked up if we liked it. We were assured this would happen. So we took off work, left super early, drove 4.5 hrs, got there at 9am, and to our surprise, the car was just taking to the VW dealership and won't be ready for another 8 days. One of the managers had the nerve to say, when it's ready I can come back or they'll try to meet me halfway. This is unacceptable in any/every way possible. Needless to say, we enjoyed the day off. More

The worst place to buy a car from. They sold me something and after 2 weeks of having it I have problems with it.
