Horrible experience. I test drove an Equinox that was listed on their website for $5000 less than they were selling it in person. They took my car keys to get information for a trade in and wouldn’t give them back. I asked for my keys multiple times before finally following the sales guy. He went to get my keys and came back with another guy (maybe manager) and that guy asked me what they could do. I replied give me my keys back and the sales guy pulls them out of his pocket. That is a shady sales maneuver to pull on a female. Never going back. They need to update their customer service and sales tactics. More

I’ve been calling the finance person to get copies of the papers i signed , and not getting any return calls . i purchased a extended warranty I got no paperwork for that. I live in Colorado and I was vacationing in Orlando, Florida when my 2017 GMC Sierra experienced a power loss to the engine and the check engine light came on. This happened at 9:00 at night. I looked up dealerships and I'm fortunate I found Starling Chevrolet. I lined up in the Service line at 6:00 AM hoping to get some help. The Service doors opened at 7:30 AM. I was fortunate to speak to Christina Luna and explained what the problem was with my truck and that I was from Colorado and was scheduled to leave for home the next day. Ms. Luna said they would be able to help me. When my truck was analyzed, they first thought my problem was a bad fuel pump. After consulting with GM, my truck's computer was reprogramed and the check engine light went off. Ms. Luna told me that they didn't want the same problem to happen while I was on the road back to Colorado, so they test drove it for 32 miles and didn't experience any problems. Even though I didn't have an appointment, Ms. Luna cared about my situation and helped me considerably. The whole experience took most of the day and the cost wasn't cheap but I really appreciate the service and care I received from Ms. Luna and all of the service people/technicians who worked on my truck. I went to purchase a vehicle I found online. Came in with an all cash offer and spent 2 days going back and forth with the sales manager. He would not budge and wanted to add on additional fees. Found a what I wanted and my offer was accepted right away. No haggling and it was an easy pleasant process with the other dealer. Obviously Starling Chevrolet did not need the sale! More
