Can’t say enough good about this dealer! 6 months ago I purchased a used Toyota 4Runner. Derrik Fugere was my salesman, he was very understanding of my situation and what I wanted to get done that day and purchased a used Toyota 4Runner. Service Department is awful, took 4 months to get my part ordered. After leaving a nasty massage my part magical popped up. After waiting another 2 weeks to get in the part is still loose. So after leaving a massage with the Manager about an update on my part no response after a week. Called the speak to the Director of the service department I get a call from a Advisor l. How professional is to send a Advisor that I requested a phone call from the director. please I’m begging you don’t buy or get your car serviced here. Worst Dealer I will make sure not to take my truck here again I would Rather wait again for my part to come at another dealer that cares about there customers. More
Drove an hour and a half from Tampa to see a specific truck on their lot. Texted and made an appointment at 9 am. Got to the dealership and we’re greeted and asked what we were there for. Told him we truck on their lot. Texted and made an appointment at 9 am. Got to the dealership and we’re greeted and asked what we were there for. Told him we were looking for a Trail Boss. He said, “Sorry, it was sold this morning.” They had 10 on their website. I said, “all were sold?”’. He replied “We have no Trail Bosses on the lot.” He apologized that we drove out and my wife told him they need to work on their communications with customers. Instead of proceeding to continue to apologize that they obviously made an error, he said, “We are a dealership and we sell lots of cars.” All we wanted was someone to not waste our time and gas. Someone could have picked up the phone and called or texted us to tell us the truck/trucks had all been sold (I find it hard to believe that their tiny dealership sold that many trucks that day). Go to any of the larger dealership in central Florida and steer clear of this place. They obviously do not value people’s time. More

Hats off to Ramon Fereira for helping my in-laws with a 2020 Yukon SLT. Ramon and I have been working via text on a vehicle unfortunately the one we were looking for sold this morning. They had another one they just got in he went to look at sent me some photos. We worked out a time for them to look at it and take it for a test drive. My in-laws loved it Ramon worked with his manager on a good price and the trade in. My in-laws are very happy Ramon did an outstanding job in helping them. If you are looking for a good honest sales guy ask for Ramon Fereira. I purchased my Yukon XL from Starling last year my in-laws are the 4th people I have recommended buy from Starling. I began my day feeling very confident in my decision to purchase a 2020 XT4 Cadillac. But, in that special place in my heart I was afraid to purchase a vehicle during a national pandemic. Once I spoke with Christopher (Chris) my fears were eliminated because he explained explicitly each component of the purchasing process. It was as if I was purchasing a car from a dear friend who had my best interest at heart. As an educator trust is very important to me, I felt calm and confident in his knowledge base of the car and the various documents I needed to sign. BUYER BEWARE !!!! While in Orlando at the first part of March we purchased a new vehicle from this dealership. While in the financing department we were shown the !!!! While in the financing department we were shown the sales tax amount and told them that the sales tax was to high and that if we were going to have to pay sales tax for the state of Florida and the state of Arkansas that we were NOT purchasing the vehicle. We were lied to at the dealership, and than when we called to speak to someone about the over charges in the sales tax we were told that we would be sent the difference and that they were going to make it right. Stacey Shaffer, from the dealership even gave us a dollar figure down to the penny of what we would be getting back from the dealership, the amount was $4,562.83. We were told the check would be in the mail the following day and that they had everything we needed to process the check.Once Stacy told us that we were okay with everything because the dealership was making it right. We sent several emails asking for updates because we had not heard anything, and than we received a call stating that they were not going to send us the difference in the sales tax amount. We called and left a message with Melissa Messeguer the General Manager, and she never returned our call. We sent her an email and got an email back from her stating that we had to pay sales tax in both states and there was nothing that they could do. My husband called and spoke to Melissa, as we were not told the truth in the finance department, and Luisy Cabrera, did NOT tell us that Arkansas is a Non-Reciprocal State. This dealership is not ethical and does NOT do the right thing by there customers. Luisy knew BEFORE we purchased the vehicle that we had said that we would not be purchasing if we were going to have to pay sales tax in two states!!! This dealership could make this right and send us the difference themselves, but instead they are making the choice to not do the right thing. Shame on you!! More
