My visit to Starling started off with me looking for a car at the wrong dealership. Upon meeting Diego Jara he quickly discovered my error and asked if he could help me find something similar since I was car at the wrong dealership. Upon meeting Diego Jara he quickly discovered my error and asked if he could help me find something similar since I was already there. I had my mind on that vehicle, so with hesitation I agreed. Diego showed patience and listened to my concerns and requests. He showed me automibles until we found a couple of options I liked which was no easy task for him. I knew what I could afford and I was not easy with what I wanted, but Diego worked with me through it all until we found the right fit. I must say the vehicle Diego found me was better (in regards to the make, year, and miles) than the one I was looking for when I showed up on the lot (God is good). I will not lie, I was dreading the whole car buying experience, but I must say the Starling Chevrolet Team I had the pleasure of working with was Awsome, they were professional and showed me patience. Once we found the right fit with Diego by my side, Jennilee was instrumental in getting the documents I needed together to close the deal with Adler Roseme who was patient and very informative with all documents involved. I came with the documents needed and the process after finding the right vehicle was smooth. I left Starling Chevrolet on February 13th feeling excited and blessed about my great deal and my nice ride, all because of the entire team that helped me through my car buying experience that day. I want to say "Thank you" for treating me right! I would definitely recommend Starling Chevrolet of Orlando for your next car buying experience. More

FRUSTRATING!!!! Following a negative review about Starling Chevy Orlando I was pronged to contact then to resolve the issue with the dealership. Speaking with the service director, I was advised that he had no idea who sent the request to call. Looked nice in print, but was an empty request. The (known) defective electric fuel pump makes noise loud enough to record on a cell phone. Knowing what I know now regarding sales honesty and after sales support, I would not have purchased the SUV. When you see the commercial about how quiet the cabin is in a Lincoln SUV, keep in mind that the 2020 Traverse may or may not offer the same environment. And if it doesn't, well that's just too bad. Starling /GM won't fix it. More

We recently purchased 2 vehicles from Starling, 2020 Malibu & 2020 Traverse. The purchase experience and sales personnel were great. While the Malibu is fine I can't wait to get rid of the Traverse. Shortly after purchase it began making a clicking sound from the motor. Ultimately after numerous trips to Starling and a response from GM, I was told that we would have to live with the sound of the high pressure fuel pump. Most annoying vehicle and poorest after sales experience we ever had. I'll be glad when it's gone. Please keep this in mind. More

Very as-expected visit to get oil changed and initial 7,000 mi warranty service. On time and no problems. If Starling offered more than one free oil change on a new $65K truck, I would buy from them aga 7,000 mi warranty service. On time and no problems. On July 4th,2020 I purchased a 2016 Dodge Durango from Starling Chevrolet in Orlando, Florida on Orange Blossom Trail. On this day I test drove the truck immediately fell in love with it so I purchased it Starling Chevrolet in Orlando, Florida on Orange Blossom Trail. On this day I test drove the truck immediately fell in love with it so I purchased it. As soon as they washed it and waxed it they brought it to the front for me. At that time I was able to get the keys and all paper work was completed. Before even putting the truck in drive I noticed that the check engine light came on. So go and get my salesman and told him about it and he told me to bring it back after the holiday to be looked at. So After the holiday I brought the truck up to the shop to be looked at and the check engine light went off. I’ve had the truck for 6 days and noticed that it turns on and off. so I took my truck to my local Auto Zone and checked the code which read a transmission cable sensor which is what the truck needed because it’s a twist knob gear shifter. The cable sensor was I guess bad and the car sometimes would go into drive or park and would even shift really hard or not shift at all. So boom back to when I drove my truck back to the dealership to be checked I go to the service department and I told the tech that the engine light isn’t on but here’s the code I pulled it’s a sensor so it goes on and off. The tech tells me oh no Auto Zone cleared the code . I politely explained to him that it’s a sensor and it I goes on and off and I was the one who did the OBD read and I didn’t rewards the code long story short the light never came back on but after several arguments the manager told the tech to just send the truck to dodge to be looked at. In which they did and gave me a rental car for about two weeks I didn’t hear anything after several calls with my salesman he told me my transmission on the truck i purchased was done and that the best they could do is get me in another truck but they didn’t have anything I liked. After asking my salesman why they couldn’t fix it because they sold me the truck with a bad transmission they said they won’t spend the money to pay dodge to fix it. After several more arguments I just took the truck as is and purchased bumper to bumper warranty and filed a claim and got me a new transmission for only $120 now my baby runs perfect. The sales man I had was very aggravating and played way to much as if he was a big child I was there to handle business and he just wouldn’t stop with the jokes. Long story short I purchase this truck on July 4th,2020 and have only driven it from September until now. The truck had to stay in the shop for a month and from July to September I had no truck because of this smh. Then on top of all of this as I was washing my truck I noticed my wheel lug nuts have locks on each wheel and I was never given a key. After reaching out to the dealership once again given the run around. This is the worst buying experience I have ever had and the worst customer service ever. I believe my salesman name was John he’s described as a black male approximately 6,1 and very playful I don’t recommend him. If I could I’d give this xxxx dealership zero starts they ain’t help me with nothing and gave me the run around then the day of my purchase the finance lady lied to me about the bumper to bumper warranty telling me I couldn’t purchase after I walked out the office. But so ironically after taking my truck as is all of a sudden the offer was still there. On top of that the receptionist was the only helpful person as she answered the phone everytime I called and after explaining to her my warranty problems she was confused about what I was talking about when I said the warranty offer was taken away from me. Her exact Words were that the offer is always available and not just for the day you purchase it and she tried her best to get me in contact with the warranty people in which she did come through. Shout out to her but the others absolutely not. More
