I wanted to share some praise for ERNESTO SOSA on a very commendable job during the entire sales process. Ernesto went above and beyond to take care of me, keeping me up to date and ensuring all of my quest commendable job during the entire sales process. Ernesto went above and beyond to take care of me, keeping me up to date and ensuring all of my questions were addressed quickly. I will happily give FIVE STARS to Ernesto! Anyone at the dealership I interacted with were all genuinely friendly, polite and professional. I observed everyone always greeting everyone and ensuring their needs were addressed.. The reason I did not give the dealership FIVE STARS: The vehicle delivery kept getting delayed. I purchased a new 2023 Corvette 3LT and the condition of the vehicle was extremely disappointing. The detailing of the vehicle was only about 40% complete. Here is a PARTIAL list: 1. The vehicle had the check engine light on. The code showed the front ambient temperature sensor was causing the issue. 2. The vehicle remote start would not work. 3. The car came from the factory with the front ambient temperature sensor not plugged in. 4. The car came from the factory with the 14" long front trunk switch/cable release laying INSIDE the trunk and not installed. 5. The brake cooling ducting was in a bag from the factory laying inside the front truck. Never installed at the factory. 6. Plastic remained behind the seats. 7. Dirt and mud around the rear trunk. 8. The windshield was never cleaned. 9. The rear window was never cleaned. 10. Black grease spots on the driver seat. 11. THE DETAILERS WHO PREPPED THE VEHICLE FOR DELIVERY: The dealer installed liquid paint protector/sealer was applied to the vehicle with the vehicle still wet AND/OR the sealer had not dried before taking it out into the rain. This sealed the water under the liquid. 12. THE DETAILERS WHO PREPPED THE VEHICLE FOR DELIVERY: The liquid paint sealer was also dripped on the windshield. 13. THE DETAILERS WHO PREPPED THE VEHICLE FOR DELIVERY: Dirt under the rear spoiler is trapped under the applied sealer. 14. I am now frantically searching for a shop to provide paint protection on the entire vehicle. 15. I had to return to the dealership the next day to have the check engine light corrected and the items installed that the factory did not perform. The POSITIVES: 1. I was offered to return the vehicle to the dealership for the paint correction but respectfully declined due to the vehicle preparation experience.The dealer stated they will provide 50% financial reimbursement towards the paint correction procedure. 2. The service department took me first in in line the next morning to correct the factory deficiencies. They were GREAT! I believe the dealership was embarrassed to deliver a $100,000 vehicle in the condition that was presented. I would happily recommend ERNESTO SOSA and STARLING CHEVROLET to anyone, but would suggest having the preparation performed by someone other than the dealership. Great people, open, honest, friendly and very professional. Customer satisfaction was a genuine goal. These are very rare traits to come across these days. More
My second experience with Starling’s Service Department was much better than my first. Still not impressed with how long it takes for them to acknowledge you when you walk in. There’s several desks most of the time though only two reps there and you don’t really know who to go to. But once I got a rep to acknowledge me they took very good care of me. Got my car checked in and the oil change and tire rotation only took an hour. Got a nice courtesy wash, I found out you have to ask for this, they are supposed to offer it but I didn’t get one on my first visit. I asked if they give one and my rep said “oh yes, we are supposed to offer it if you want it”. Don’t believe it. You need to ask. Still over all a good experience. Very nice waiting area and was texted when car was ready. More

It’s hard to find a honest place to do business with and the manager Ron Cella is always a pleasure to work with and again his staff as well. It comes from great leader ship. More
I went in with a brand new C8 Corvette to change a tire. They did not have the tire and promised it be in the morning and they would call me. I told them I needed it before 12:00 the next morning. I had to call 5 times to simply get an update on the status of my tire. The first two times they put me on hold for over 40 minutes and never came back. Finally a young advisor called me and kept up with me on communications. It took three days to get my car back. Last, they left the inside of the car dirty. Will never recommend them again More
