From the moment I arrived until I left I was kept updated on the progress of my repairs and the cost that I may incur. I was able to talk with my mechanic. I had appointment for 10:30 for my battery and my park assist not working. I got there a little early so I can speak with the service manager and ask him why my battery leaked and dead. When I just had se assist not working. I got there a little early so I can speak with the service manager and ask him why my battery leaked and dead. When I just had service a few months by you guys. He responded with I don’t have a crystal ball I can’t tell you that with a smart xxx a sarcasm response as he laughed. I don’t know what kind of manger that is. The service advisor had looked over whelmed like he had stacks on stacks of appointments. Because he also called me by the wrong name I because we all look like a Juan. So keep in mind I had my appointment at 10:30 didn’t get a response tell a little after 1pm with no word on what’s going. Finally the service advisor came and said we need to replace the battery cable and it’s going to be about 5hr of work and cost $1200. $1200 is a lot of money nowadays. So a $100-$200 part and the rest is in a labor because they have to remove this to get to this. That is a lot of removing. So asked ok is this going to fix the low voltage issue and my park assist. He said it should for $1200 I think it should. For dealership that prides them self on being tier one I don’t see it. More

They diagnosed what my car needed very quickly and saved me from having to rent a car they were honest and told me to return to the business that did the original repair because the issue I was having was c me from having to rent a car they were honest and told me to return to the business that did the original repair because the issue I was having was caused from them not doing an alignment after replacing my struts Thank goodness for honest people thanks to Heather and the mechanic I returned the car back to where I had the struts done and they did what they should have done the first time More
