Heather is very nice and responsive, however there is miscommunication amongst the service people. I received a text from the dealer that said the truck was ready, but when I arrived, Heather said it was miscommunication amongst the service people. I received a text from the dealer that said the truck was ready, but when I arrived, Heather said it wasn't. My truck is still left with a dash rattle, steering wheel noise, and a tonneau cover comes undone. More

I flew from Maryland to get the best possible deal on my GMC sierra Elevation. It was worth flying then driving over a thousand miles just based on the deal alone I got. I was in and out! Got there at 7:08, AFTER THEY CLOSED and got approved at 7:45 and was out the door around 8:30.
