So let me preface this by saying my salesman was the best. He did everything he could and got me into a vehicle that I absolutely loved. The issues arose two weeks after owning the truck, my radio and h best. He did everything he could and got me into a vehicle that I absolutely loved. The issues arose two weeks after owning the truck, my radio and head unit stopped working completely and I had a black screen. I took it to the dealership where they told me that I would have to spend $1200 in order to fix it. I paid the money to have my radio fixed because who wants to drive a vehicle without a radio another week goes by and now I have an airbag sensor on and again told that nothing was covered and that it would cost me another $12-$1500 in order to fix my airbags. I had a really good experience buying my vehicle but it seems like they don’t even look at the vehicles before they put them out on the lawn for sale they glance and as long as everything appears to be fine it’s good to go. You would think if you’re spending 30,000 or more on a vehicle that it should be in tiptop shape. Good luck to anyone buying used at this dealership they’ll never get my business again. More
