Alex was absolutely incredible. We were heading to another dealership, saw GMC and did a U-turn. Alex was waiting by the door. Approached super friendly. The best part was that he had each car running so we weren’t burning up in the Florida sun. He knew his stuff, was extremely patient and did it all with a smile. If he didn’t know something he would say, “ I am not sure but I will go find out for you” and did. Such an incredible quality. I didn’t feel forced to buy and could tell he was genuinely excited for us as we bought our car. He is a true gentleman and a hard worker. So happy that we made that U-turn. More
