Smooth and helpful So this is my 2nd Ford lease. My first lease would have been up in May. We were in the area of Ford Koeppel and decided to drop by and learn more abou So this is my 2nd Ford lease. My first lease would have been up in May. We were in the area of Ford Koeppel and decided to drop by and learn more about my options. Jonathan Clark was there to help and answer all our questions. First off, didnt even know we could exchange the lease early. Jonathan clarified the options we had. We told him we were looking for a bigger car because we have a big family. We were already interested in the Explorer. He explained the different packages and never tried to force an option or package on us. We felt very comfortable with Jonathan. And when it came to pricing he worked with us and the sales manager to get close to my comfort zone, I think the deal was just right for us.
