I recently relocated back to New York from Las Vegas and found myself with a car that was not suited to this east coast weather. I needed a NY car and decided on a Ford Escape. Now we all know that car salesmen have a bad rep and I haven't met one that didn't live up to that rep until I met Seth Brettler. I was recommended by a friend and it was by far the best recommendation that I ever received. From the moment I walked in I found Seth to be up front and direct. I only went to look knowing that I would have to deal with my present car which I had purchased off a lease not too long ago. I left with the promise of a new car and a trade in that was not too hurtful - and trust me it could have been ugly. Now came the financing..... by the next day I had a loan with a great interest rate and my dream vehicle ready for pick up. When I got there to pick it up it truly was a wonderful, exciting and easy experience. Reggie in financing was great and explained every paper that had to be signed and did not tire of the questions. I would recommend Seth to anyone without hesitation and left there with a big hug and a fantastic car that I knew how to work. So if you are in the market for a Ford or a Lincoln this dealership is the place for you to go. More

I want to start off with letting you know... that I have always been a fan of Ford.... Ford has the best quality in vehicles and Trucks and American made is the way to go... I have always done my research before purchasing and I always ended up with a Ford purchase. Ford vehicle's are quality made and also best in price. I recently decided that I need a new vehicle and got in touch with Ken Sweeney. I told him exactly what I was looking for in terms of what would fit my budget and my lifestyle... I previously purchased a 2009 Explorer and before that, I purchased a 2006 Escape... I already knew that I wanted a Ford... but wasn't sure what type of Ford it was going to be... Ken made the decision easy for me to make, giving me all the options, I decided to get another Ford Explorer since I was so happy with the previous one.... I told him everything that I needed and wanted and also explained to him what my budget was... I have always bought my vehicles, but this time I decided to lease, since I get into a new vehicle every 3 years. After I told him what I was looking for and what I needed to be added... He than contacted me and told me he had one in stock and it was ready to get picked up. It was such a fast response. He told me that the new 2013 was a Beauty... I honestly took his word for it!!! I started all the processing over the phone and made arrangements to pick up my new 2013 Ford Explorer... When I arrived at the showroom, I met up with Ken Sweeney. He escorted me to my vehicle. It was even nicer than what I expected.... I was so excited to finish the paperwork and take my Explorer home!!! Ken was very professional, courteous and very helpful... I was also introduced to some of the Ford dealership staff and they were very friendly. Once I was done with all the paperwork, I was explained on how to use all the gadgets... I was so happy and when I drove off, I had a smile on my face... Thank you Ken for making what could of been a horrible experience, a pleasurable one!!! and Thank You Ford for never disappointing... Seth Brettler is part of a dying breed in this industry: An honest and straightforward salesman. We learned about this dealership, and more specifically Seth through my father in law. When we were looking for a car, he told me, "you have to give my guy in Queens a call". Being young and obstinate, I went to other car dealers to trade in my Honda Accord and lease an SUV. Dealer after dealer offered me nothing for my trade in and astronomic prices for a lease. I went to Seth and he offered me a great deal on my trade in and a great price on my lease....but who am I to admit my father in law was right? So I kept on going, looking to find a better deal, week after week I became discouraged when dealing with the so-called professionals at other dealerships. No one came close to what I needed and what Seth offered. I went back to Seth, expecting the great deal to be gone-as happened at other dealerships. It was still there. Seth was a man of his word. I was wrong on two counts: I should have listened to my father in law and I shouldn't have wasted time looking at other dealerships. I recommend this dealership, and Seth in particular to anyone, and, for all you son in laws out there: listen to your father in law...he may be bald, but he's right. More

Well, I went to this dealer to look & price. I wanted a 2013 but they aren't out yet. I test drove a Fusion Sport and bought it.
