My husband and I had a wonderful experience at ford Lincoln of queens. We went in expecting to be in and out and move onto the next dealer, however it ended up being the only place we visited. We also worked with mike duff, who helped us get extra rebates towards the car. Once the paperwork was signed they even took my old Toyota (lease) off of my hands and dropped it off at Toyota for me. I also met Zhen who was great!! He helped me sync my phone to my new car and went over all the technical details of the car. He was very helpful and made it very clear that he was there to help me in the future if I needed help, which is great because I am technologically challenged.
