So pleased with my experience!!! I would like to start by saying that my experience today at Ford Lincoln of Queens and in particular with Mr. Jose Ocasio has by far been the best car I would like to start by saying that my experience today at Ford Lincoln of Queens and in particular with Mr. Jose Ocasio has by far been the best car leasing experience EVER! I have leased cars in the past and every time my lease was coming to an end , I would dread having to start the process all over again, that is until today. My husband and I have been searching for the right car and right deal for the past 2 months. We have spent countless hours going to many dealerships in Long Island City as well as on Hillside Ave., just to be frustrated by lack of customer service and pushy salesmen. My husband went to Ford Lincoln of Queens a few weeks ago to take a look at the Ford Edge. It is a vehicle that the both of us loved for a few years now. He was nicely greeted by a wonderful salesman, Jose Ocasio. Mr. Ocasio was very respectful, NOT PUSHY, and provided my husband with information on the Edge and a potential offer very much worth considering. Finally, my husband came home actually looking hopeful and content with his visit at Ford and his meeting with Jose. As promised, my husband took me to Ford Lincoln of Queens today, introduced me to Jose, and the Edge :). I loved both! For the very first time I walked in to a dealership which is so nice and clean with a very professional staff. My husband led me to Mr. Jose Ocasio and introduced me. He is a very knowledgable and sweet man with whom I felt a sense of ease and comfort right away. We spend some time talking, getting to know one another and I was able to share some of my previous bad experiences with him that I had in the past with other dealerships. He shared my frustrations and agreed that leasing or buying a vehicle is a commitment which needs to feel right both being happy with your car as well as payments. There was no hassle , mind games or manipulation . There was simply the neatest most efficient process ever. Let's just say we went in to lease a car for my husband and I ended up leasing an Edge as well !!! Mr. Ocasio helped me with taking care of the remaining payments on my Jeep lease and offered me a deal I couldn't resist with no pressure at all so I could get an Edge as well. He made this process so easy for my husband and I , saved us a lot of time and headache and for a second there we felt he was too good to be true, thankfully he is real and it wasn't a dream. 2 Ford Edges later, not only are we happy to be part of the Ford Family, but made a nice friend , Jose , as well. Thank you again for your warmth, smile and honesty today. May all car lessees and buyers be as lucky as we were today. Thanks Jose!!!! More

Great New Truck and Great dealership I just leased a brand new Ford XLT from Ford Lincoln of Queens and the experience was great. Most of all, I felt a sense of TRUST and OPENNESS what m I just leased a brand new Ford XLT from Ford Lincoln of Queens and the experience was great. Most of all, I felt a sense of TRUST and OPENNESS what more could you ask for when leasing or buying a new vehicle . I have been a Ford Customer for 20+ years and dealt with many dealerships - some not good experiences. This dealership and Jose Ocasio are really top of line. The paper work process and getting to drive my new truck home was the quickest I have every had - In the past, this process has taken 6-8 HOURS in the other dealerships. I was amazed how smooth this process was for me. Jose has followed up with me over the past few days to make sure that everything is OK and tells me not to hesitate to call if I need anything. We went back to Ford and leased our 2014 Escape from Jose Ocasio. I did the deal over the phone, picked up my car the next day, and drove it home within the hour. I would never think of going to another Ford dealer. Jose is straight to the point, someone you can trust. I've leased other cars in the past and now have become part of the Ford family just because I trust Jose. I've had my two Fords for a year and so far no complaints. They ride great. Great dealer, great sales staff! After attempting to buy a Ford Transit at a couple other dealerships, I felt completely exhausted by the shady sales tactics and "discount" games. I was buying the car for my business, and just wanted to pay a fair price...and that's exactly what Mike and Liz quoted me. There weren't any games, or "I've got to check with the manager" sales tactics. Liz is kind, funny and I felt like I was buying the car from a member of my family. This is a different type of dealership, and now I understand why it's consistently rated with 5 stars. Before driving off in my new car, I took a picture with it...and a couple with Liz herself so I could have it as a reminder of the great experience! This is hands down the best place to buy a car in NYC. More

Although this was not our last stop it was our first and the one that we returned to. The customer service was great. When we first went to the dealership one gentleman started helping us but then gave us to someone else because he had other clients come in that he had met with before. We then worked with Philomena she was very pleasant and more than willing to help us. My husband is very knowledgeable from reading reviews, motortrend and various other car magazines so he knew a lot about the car at times even more then Philomena but I think that would of happened at any dealership or with any sales person since he studied the car so much. When it came to pricing we worked with Michael Duff the sales manager and he was pretty straight forward which we enjoyed. He told us the days and going back and forth with customers are over and we actually like that. We did our research and knew where we were comfortable being at. To be a little more detailed then above we went to four dealerships in total and went back to Ford Lincoln of Queens for there great customer service and just being an honest dealership. We ended up ordering a 2014 Ford Explorer Sport that will be delivered sometime in the summer. One point to mention is that they also said they would hold the SUV on the lot for us for a month so we do not have two car payments to make. Hopefully the pick up and final transaction for the vehicle will be as smooth as our initial experience. Again thank you Mike you were a great help. More
