He was never bothered when we changed our mind when we were deciding on the model of vehicle we wanted. He went over all the features and differences of the different models we were looking at. You've been warned! I walked into this dealership having already done my research and asked them to beat a price I got at another dealership. We came to an understanding I walked into this dealership having already done my research and asked them to beat a price I got at another dealership. We came to an understanding (and a price lower by $5) and was told they would do "whatever it takes" to get my business and agreed I would be back the following week to sign on the car. Upon going in to sign for the car, the formerly mentioned deal was no longer on the table. The vehicle they had in stock was the same vehicle we had discussed with the addition of all season floor mats ($70). Over a 3 year lease, I would be spending $180 for $70 floor mats! When I called out Mr. Mike Duff on it, his response went from 0 to 360 in less than 5 seconds. It was like I was a child sitting in front of their parent getting scolded for something wrong that they had done! Having family members in the car business, he was taken back by the fact that a young female knew how this world worked and wasnt going to fall for his games. All of sudden, he got up and stormed off to check "the incoming folder," he didn't want to talk numbers, he wasn't making a profit off of me and therefore would not sell me the vehicle, and he told me the car had to come from jersey so I have to consider gas & toll into the price as well! I am NOT one to write reviews... but you have been warned! The reviews you read about this man are true! The first time I walked into this dealership, no one greeted me & no one acknowledged me until I went and spoke to a car salesman myself! With that being said, Philomena is great! She was understanding, and took the time to actually find me the car that I wanted. I honestly wish I could've given her the sale. Unfortunately, Mr. Duff wouldn't budge $5-10, and personally speaking, I'm not going to give my money or business to a grown man who wants to have a little tantrum. More

It is Platinum White, Eco-boost, Sirus Radio, I would recommend them to anyone looking at any other car company check them out first. With the Sync System it is far and away better than anything out there. It works with Android and Apple phones. I am glad I went back to get my new Lease and when this ones ends I ill go back again More

I was way overdue for a new car and was virtually clueless about the leasing process and a bit wary. From the moment I walked into this dealership and met with sales consultant Jose Ocasio, my fears began to dissipate and it turned into a very pleasant and memorable experience. Jose was professional, friendly, accommodating, and worked with my father and I to get a great deal on my 2015 FOCUS. He assisted with many of the logistics involved and provided helpful recommendations to make the process easier. From beginning to end the entire process from negotiating the terms of the lease, to learning some specialty features of my vehicle (Zhen), and finally "signing on the dotted computer screen" (Reggie Williams) was streamlined and transparent. I can confidently say that this was the best dealership experience I have ever had and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this staff/dealership to others. More
