Stress free I have never had such an stress free experience dealing with a car salesman. Jose was honest likeable and knew his job. I have had many bad experiences with car salesmen constantly having to haggle so much for hours it would become so exhausting and frustrating and ruin the experience of buying a car. Dealing with Jose was a breath of fresh air. He knew my price range and gave it to me straight on what truck was within that range. He didn't waste my time or keep me there for hours. He found my truck and had it delivered and kept me updated the entire time. He had gone above and beyond for me. I've dealt with many car salesman between myself my wife mother and two sisters and never have I had such an easy time buying/leasing a car. I would definitely recommend Jose to anyone looking for a new car. I couldn't be happier with the amount of honesty and professionalism Jose conducted himself with. I love my F150!!!!!!! More

Best buying experience in 35 years. My lease was expiring on a 2014 Ford Escape so I decided to try this Ford dealership since the NYC one closed last year. Being a previous Ford custom My lease was expiring on a 2014 Ford Escape so I decided to try this Ford dealership since the NYC one closed last year. Being a previous Ford customer, Liz Girnus immediately reviewed my needs and quickly presented the features and lease terms for a new car that were so good I accepted on the spot. I leased a new 2016 Ford Escape with features thousands of dollars beyond the 2014 for the same monthly payments! No hassling or horse-trading necessary here. The dealership could not be more friendly and accommodating with an attitude to make the customer happy and satisfied. More

Best Price and Excellent Service I spoke with Tom Cinelli and was so impressed with the price and professionalism of him that I actually thought this to be a scam(the price was that m I spoke with Tom Cinelli and was so impressed with the price and professionalism of him that I actually thought this to be a scam(the price was that much less). I went to multiple dealerships and no one came near the price that Tom did. I decided to try him out and I was shocked that everything went so smoothly. I go to pick up my Lincoln MKC and spent a few minutes with Tom and then I was introduced to another individual that showed me how to use all the tech. in the vehicle. Once we were done we went to the financing person and all paperwork was done within 1/2 hour. It took no more than 1.5 hours to complete everything and I was on the road. I would HIGHLY recommend using Tom Cinelli at this dealership. This is the experience you should have when purchasing a luxury vehicle!! More

Will never go back to this dealership for Service Took one of my Lincoln MKT's to this dealership for service as I usually do on a monthly basis. I had my driver drop it off yesterday with the expecta Took one of my Lincoln MKT's to this dealership for service as I usually do on a monthly basis. I had my driver drop it off yesterday with the expectation that it would have been done by the end of the day only to call at the end of the day and was told by the service advisor that they didn't get to it yet and it will be checked out first thing in the morning(No Problem). I called back the next day at 11;30am only to be told by the same rep that the vehicle still hasn't been checked out yet and he couldn't tell me when it would be I just had to wait or I can come get it.(Talk about customer service!). Well Ford Lincoln I have news for you I will never use your service again for any of my cars or recommend you to anyone I know. Regards, Samburt More
