Very Rude to a Potential Customer Scheduled an appointment to view 3 different vehicles and was planning on buying 2. Received an extremely RUDE email from Abe Osman asking why I was l Scheduled an appointment to view 3 different vehicles and was planning on buying 2. Received an extremely RUDE email from Abe Osman asking why I was looking at 3 different types of cars, and requiring that I JUSTIFY WHY. When I didn't reply immediately I received a text message saying my meeting would be cancelled if I did not reply to the email. I replied to the email explaining that I was looking to purchase 2 of the 3 vehicles and that is why the cars were different prices and types, and let him know that I didn't appreciate his rudeness to a potential customer. I then receive a meeting cancellation notice - not a phone call, email explanation or text - just an Outlook meeting cancellation. If this is the customer service you get BEFORE you purchase TWO VEHICLES, I can only imagine what you get AFTER you make a PURCHASE! BUYER BEWARE! More

They know what they have, and they tell it to you right upfront. We drove all the way from Chicago, IL to California to buy a car from these guys sight unseen, and it was such a good experience we just bought another from them! This place will not be beat, price, quality, service, doesn't matter, you WILL not find a better place. More
