Cars are nothing like the pictures. Their cars are damaged and broken. Not to mention how dirty the vehicles are. They also tried to charge me $800 minimum for licensing, registration, and fees. That same day I went to a few others And there was not one place that did over $400 for that. There was a Nissan Altima I ended up looking at, and when they pulled it out for me to test drive. Once again the car did not look like the pictures and had a lot of damage. Which is funny for a vehicle with no damage reported. I decided to try the test drive anyways. Then the car would not even start. It took four attempts to jump start the car, then they replace the battery, and it still needed to be jump started to even get it to start. I drove it and it was okay, then when I got back I noticed there was an oil leak. Although this place is cheap, this place also lies and false advertises. The Unexplained fees, the fake pictures, the fake Carfax, the broken cars that don't start easily, and the fact that they're willing to sell you vehicles with broken windows and windshields or cracked ones. Which by the way it is illegal to drive. Do not go here, at least not without knowing that you are getting a cheap broken car that does need a lot of maintenance. Everyone I dealt with was incredibly helpful and provided me with excellent communication from start to finish. This certainly isn't your traditional dealership, so you won't find anyone pressuring you into a car you don't want or a financial situation you can't afford. Do your homework, don't be a dummy, and you'll drive away from Starfire with zero buyer's remorse. Also, they have a super cute office dog. Bring treats!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! More

Very Rude to a Potential Customer Scheduled an appointment to view 3 different vehicles and was planning on buying 2. Received an extremely RUDE email from Abe Osman asking why I was l Scheduled an appointment to view 3 different vehicles and was planning on buying 2. Received an extremely RUDE email from Abe Osman asking why I was looking at 3 different types of cars, and requiring that I JUSTIFY WHY. When I didn't reply immediately I received a text message saying my meeting would be cancelled if I did not reply to the email. I replied to the email explaining that I was looking to purchase 2 of the 3 vehicles and that is why the cars were different prices and types, and let him know that I didn't appreciate his rudeness to a potential customer. I then receive a meeting cancellation notice - not a phone call, email explanation or text - just an Outlook meeting cancellation. If this is the customer service you get BEFORE you purchase TWO VEHICLES, I can only imagine what you get AFTER you make a PURCHASE! BUYER BEWARE! More

These guys *only* sell hand selected cars that meet very strict requirements. There is no nonsense in these cars, and no long winded pitch to convince you to buy anything. They know what they have, and they tell it to you right upfront. We drove all the way from Chicago, IL to California to buy a car from these guys sight unseen, and it was such a good experience we just bought another from them! This place will not be beat, price, quality, service, doesn't matter, you WILL not find a better place. More
