He was gracious and not pushy, and when it came time to crunch numbers to our satisfaction, Sales Manager Jay Sarasky, was more than willing to accommodate us with car model and numbers, to our satisfaction. Love Toyota but Service was a Disappointment Came in on scheduled time of appt at 7:30am on 8/4/2018 for Takata Air Bag Recall for 2009 Corolla with 35k miles. Service Advisor Sunny R Dalavai re Came in on scheduled time of appt at 7:30am on 8/4/2018 for Takata Air Bag Recall for 2009 Corolla with 35k miles. Service Advisor Sunny R Dalavai registered me. Called me at 8:58am and recommended front brakes replacement and water pump replacement. I declined the service to be done. So I proceed to wait. Come around 11am almost 3 hours wait I asked Service Advisor Sunny is everything ok. He states he is “ok” and walks away. So come 12pm now 4 hours waiting he sees me on the waiting room and tells me he had left the paper work at the front desk at the time he called me. That was at 9am! So I waited 3 hours in the waiting room and did not even acknowledge that I was waiting and the vehicle was ready?! Sunny proceeded to apologize and tell me that he told me the vehicle was ready when the only time he called me was for recommended services at 9am! Then Sunny states it was a very busy morning and that he forgot! I stated that was totally unacceptable. Keep me waiting 3 hours when the vehicle was done already. I’m very disappointed with the Service Center customer service! I will NOT recommended Toyota Service of Bayside to anyone! More
