Would rate them 0 if I could. I had a signed agreement on the price of a car, but every single time they brought me the financing sheet they had added additional warranties I told them I did not want. After waiting for two hours for them to get it right, they still had not brought me a loan that was for the agreed upon and signed price of the car. Then when I told them I wanted them to change it again to the price we agreed on, they threw me out of the dealership, telling me that I was the problem and that they weren't going to sell me the car unless I agreed to the higher price. They knew I was desperate for a vehicle and had driven a long way to purchase that particular car and they took full advantage of this knowledge. Stay away from Joe Kolb, total xxxxxxx. Finance manager is an even bigger piece of garbage, kept talking to me like I was an idiot... plain and simple, they do not care about you. I do not know how they can sleep at night knowing they do this to customers. More
