Errors happen Had my forester in jmsc24 July for oil change and inspection. Told me would probably need break work next time. It’s one month later and my breaks are making noise. Only about 400 miles later. Am disturbed that I wasn’t told to fix them at the time. Why wait and waste my time and yours when this could have been taken care of at one time. Your personal, while pleasant and respectful , need to pay attention to the paperwork. I was given someone else’s paperwork with personal information. Mine was given away! Don’t know who has it . Also, they must enter the correct repairs into the file. Back brakes vs front brakes.
