never going there again Got a brand new Subaru Outback 2018 with the highest tier of packages. Had the car for 3 months now but went to this service center twice already. Fir Got a brand new Subaru Outback 2018 with the highest tier of packages. Had the car for 3 months now but went to this service center twice already. First time there was something stuck in one of the tires and they keep insisting that there’s nothing wrong with the car since the engine light wasn’t on when I went there and talking like I was stupid just cause it wasn’t on the day I went. I insisted for them to check and later they found something stuck in one of the tires and it was fine afterwards. About a month later the navigation screen goes black once in awhile and the key pad ont he door doesn’t always work, took it to this service center again and told them what happened but again they give off this vibe like they’re annoyed. Spoke to this guy Nelson and told him the door lock light on the dashboard keeps flickering while driving and he keeps saying it’s normal but it’s not. I drove multiple cars and I’ve never had this problem and it’s not supposed to happen so then he said to leave the car there to check and so I did. Got a call from him on the same day saying that the inner mainframe of the computer is Malfunctioning so they will need to replace it and if I can leave the car there for the day, I said ok. Then I got a call the next morning from the same guy and he says there’s no problems with my car and so I asked him yesterday you said the inner mainframe computer was broken and said to replace it and now there’s no problem and they didn’t really do anything then why did I leave the car there for the day but whatever we picked up the car. Overall my experience with this service center both times were very poor. They always talk to you like you’re stupid and give you this attitude when I’m the customer, I also drive a bmw and their service is so much nicer and more friendly towards their customers and not to mention that this is the 2nd time I had to take the car back to the service center on a brand new 2018 suv that I got for 3 months, 3 months! That’s ridiculous..... To summarize everything I will not come back to this specific service center even if I had to drive further to get the car fixed. More
