key problem having lost the last key for my Impreza, I had to get a new one. To my shock the cost was $600 +. and it would be several weeks before this was done. having lost the last key for my Impreza, I had to get a new one. To my shock the cost was $600 +. and it would be several weeks before this was done. Really unacceptable especially when I was told a loaner car was hard to get. Enter Nelson, who found out I had the valet key and managed to use it to make a new key for me. He was very accommodating and was available when I called. Give him a raise. More

I have bring 2013 STI into for services There should bring me to the car and show me what party had done for the services and explain and see the party had done. Let the customer know .
