I dislike a "hard sell" or an overbearing salesperson. Sales agent, Jimmy Zeng understood my wishes quickly and wasted no time and was 100% amenable. Once the price was established he sought approval form the manager, Mike DeCosimo. No objections were raised. Clean, clear, direct. That's my style. Star Subaru respected how I wanted to be treated and was thoroughly accommodating. The price was to my satisfaction and far less challenging than is typical. I suggest you know the model you want and visit Star. You might be pleasantly surprised. More

Awesome !! My experience actually started back sometime in July. I walked into the dealership and spoke to Mr. Musmacker about the arrival ETA for the Forester. I continued monitoring your Inventory on your website as soon as the cars arrived I came in . We sat down and had a Deal done in record time with no hassle what's so ever. Frankly this dealership deserves a 10 Star not 5. More

Subaru Surge After having the car for two days, they did not find a cause of the surge I’ve complained about since I bought it which occurs when accelerating for After having the car for two days, they did not find a cause of the surge I’ve complained about since I bought it which occurs when accelerating forward or backward from a stop or from a very slow speed as when rounding a corner. I have a dent in the trunk from a sudden acceleration as I backed up to get out of a parking spot! Occasionally the forward surge is enough to feel the need to hit the brake or to have the sensation of being pressed back into the seat. A more aggressive driver might not be bothered by this surge, but it is unsafe and also annoying.Is this a common complaint about Subaru Foresters? Thelma Fellows More
Terrible experience I went to get a simple oil change at 2:00 (I had made an appointment) after waiting over 2 hours, they told me that I had to change the oil pan becaus I went to get a simple oil change at 2:00 (I had made an appointment) after waiting over 2 hours, they told me that I had to change the oil pan because it was rusted. They said it would cost over $1000. I spoke to my uncle, my boyfriend, and even the dealer who sold me the car and they all said that was WAY too much money. So I denied the offer of them keeping my car for a week and charging me over a grand to change the oil pan. Upon getting in my car getting ready to leave, I see wires hanging out from the latch that I am supposed to use to open up the hood. I go back and asked why it was like that. They took the car in and said it's because they have to use pliers to open up the hood of my car. I told them that I not anyone else ever had to use pliers and they basically called me a liar. I ended up getting absolutely nothing done to my car after going in for a simple oil change and now I have a latch that is broken. I live 15 minutes from the place and got home at 6:00 for a 2:00 appointment. I am so unbelievably upset. More
