Good As It Gets I cannot praise my experience enough! I went for an oil change and was in-and-out in less than an hour. It was called to my attention that my inspec I cannot praise my experience enough! I went for an oil change and was in-and-out in less than an hour. It was called to my attention that my inspection was three months overdue. WHEW! Lucky I managed to skate by for so long without getting a ticket. The staff are all very friendly and professional. The waiting room is clean and comfortable. Oh, and upon leaving, I was given a coupon for a free car wash. I was made to feel like a VIP. Thanks Star Subaru. More

Two men that helped me tremendously was Frank Swaney (who handled the selling of the car to me) and Mike Decosimo (the Finance Person) who helped me get the loan. I was trading in my old car and buying a 2019 Forester and they held the car for me for two months and was very patient waiting for me to get the title in for my old car. I had a very pleasant experience with this dealership and I give them five stars for making my experience a pleasant one. You will not be sorry. More

A good car-buying experience! My family and I just had our new 2019 Impreza 2.0i with EyeSight on X'mas eve at Star. We first visited Star in November 2018, test-drived, and deci My family and I just had our new 2019 Impreza 2.0i with EyeSight on X'mas eve at Star. We first visited Star in November 2018, test-drived, and decided to buy Impreza after comparing it with other makes/models. Fortunately we met Jackson Yuen here. He gave us a detailed introduction and eventually we reached a fair deal. The car color we want was not available. We were told it takes 6~8 weeks to order and get delivered. we only waited 5 weeks and the new car came. Jackson efficiently prepared all needed documents such as DMV registration, trading-in, transferring the plate from our old car, verifying car insurance replacement (from old to new car), calculated and explained each item of all charges, and helped explain the financing agreement and future installments (actually not his job). He then guided us how to operate the Impreza and explained all major functions of this car. We really appreciate his enthusiastic, patient and professional attitude. He is a 5-star sales representative. BTW, the internet sales consultant Laurie Fico at Star is very enthusiastic and willing to help, The only reason we did not give Star dealership a 5-star rating is because when we purchased Subaru's added safety warranty, the financing manager did not inform us in advance that there is a Classic Plan (basic) available. We thought that the Gold Plus Plan (upgraded with higher premium) he told us and we bought is the only plan available. Thankfully, he did give us a coupon to reduce the premium, Later when we saw the contract at Jackson's desk and wanted to know more about the Classic Plan, the manager was not in anymore. Please be advised that anyone who wants to buy a car extended warranty should ask first if there are different plans and options (such as $0 deductible or $100 deductible). James Hwang . More
