UNENJOYABLE The initial agreement to purchase my 2019 Forester was basically straight forward and simple. The day I went to pick up my vehicle was not enjoyable a The initial agreement to purchase my 2019 Forester was basically straight forward and simple. The day I went to pick up my vehicle was not enjoyable and to be honest while at the dealer I was giving consideration to just walk away from my purchase. The day I picked up my vehicle I had to wait for over 2 1/2 hours, even though the vehicle was at the dealer. Most of my wait time was due to the salesman dedicating his time to another customer who came in after me. In addition, the salesman did not place the inspection sticker or the temporary registration on my vehicle, I had to do this task; at spending thirty four thousand dollars I believe this is not something that I should of had to do. In addition, the licenses plates were affixed to my vehicle without any plate frame, I was informed that the dealer ran out of frames. While at the dealer I was initially given a survey in which I gave a good rating, however, I only gave the positive rating to move forward and avoid any further delays in picking up my vehicle. So far I am satisfied with the Forester, unfortunately I cannot say the same by the way I was treated picking up my vehicle. At the present time, I would not recommend Star Subaru. More

Great service Mario Aetonu, my salesman, was great. I already knew what I wanted when I got there and happily they had it in stock. I picked up the car the same day but by that time it was too dark out for him to show me all the features so we made an appointment for the next day. "Allow a couple of hours," he said. "There's a lot to show you." And he was right; I had traded in my umpteen year old car so was way behind the curve. Mario was incredibly patient and said I should come back if I had any more questions. I actually took him up on the offer and he couldn't have been nicer upon my return. (Customers, if you go back, bring a list of questions to save the sales person's time; it's only fair!) I believe Mario really wants me to be comfortable in my new car and enjoy it...and so far, so great. Thanks, Mario! More
