Good but expensive I went in for a recall and an inspection. End up paying 1000 dollars for parts and service. The service hour is over 100. I was not given the actual price until I came back. They give me the price for the parts but when picked up the car was more due to the hourly charge. I would like to known this in advance. More

Had extensive repair. My Subaru Outback is 9 years old and I received a recall notice. I asked if I needed work as my ride was very bumpy. Since I don’t know about cars I put my trust in the dealership service and I, though I was treated very well, picked up and dropped off timely which I appreciate very much, I only hope the repair was done to the specifications necessary and that it will enable me to have my car for many years to come.
