Fast & courteous service My outback needed an oil change, and even though it was the middle of the day, they took the car in right away. Incompetent customer service Took day off to have car serviced. Clearly explained to service rep what I wanted done. I needed brakes checked and if LOW replace. My engine lite keeps going on and off so I needed that checked out. All that was done was an inspection and they read the fault code. The service rep said they would order a fuel/air sensor and call me when it arrived..Still waiting for call. I recommend retraining Alysa to do her job . More

Navigation and 75K Issue Had to do a routine 75K maintenance which was done properly. I had a GPS Issue with the announcements stuttering. Still did not work but Iliana Sanchez worked with me that day on this problem and is continuing to work with me for a follow up with Subaru Support. Very courteous. More
Star Subaru-My Experience The current trend is to bring attention to mistakes that are made and when it comes to certain matters rightfully so. But rarely do we recognize and o The current trend is to bring attention to mistakes that are made and when it comes to certain matters rightfully so. But rarely do we recognize and offer praise when something is truly done right, and that is the purpose of this review. Today, I added a new subaru to my family. I didn't have to go to Star Subaru. In fact, I had a competing dealership network walking distance from my house. Convenient? Sure. But after having purchased many cars in my lifetime I have learned one *extremely * valuable lesson: the actual purchase is just the start of your relationship with the business. You aren't just buying a car, you are buying into the support network as well. I've directed friends and loved ones to the Subaru brand for this reason. The cars themselves are good, but with the help of this dealership, they've been great. They've supported me when I have reached out just to educate myself. They have supported me with routine maintenance. And most important of all (to me) when life happened and situations became complex, I can honestly say that both field staff and management have done the right thing without any fuss or pressure from my end. I've never felt a moment of tension and in fact I typically spend more time than necessary in there simply because I've encountered great people working there leading to great conversations. When I refer to the support network, this is what I mean. We all have unique experiences and someone may counter my claim about this dealership. But I took the time to write this because MY experience has been exceptional. Not just once, but across multiple years and 3 vehicles. Today I backed that up using my own finances and purchased another vehicle, traveling there instead of walking a few blocks to the local dealer. My salesman was Mario A. Mike D. in finance. Both are excellent staff members and if you are looking for recommendations on who to start off your contact with on the sales floor, either they will provide you with a truly positive experience. I would also like to mention fellow salesman Jimmy Z. Although he was involved in my previous purchase, I feel as though he deserves the public recognition in being a outstanding salesman right alongside Mario. Thank you to everyone there and you will continue to have both my business and that of my friends and family. More
