I recently purchased a 2025 Subaru Crosstrek from Kate Macedonio. She was such a pleasure to work with, that I would honestly give her 10 stars! Buying a car is usually a harrowing experience. She made the entire buying process seamless. I highly recommend her. I’d also like to give a shout out to Mike, the finance manager. I’m not usually one to go for an extended warranty, but Mike gave me a great deal and an explanation that made a lot of sense. With all the expensive technology in the car, better safe than sorry! If you are looking for a new vehicle, go see Kate. You’ll be happy you did! Along with the wonderful buying experience, Subaru offers a “Love Encore” program, which invites you back to have a second, more in depth tutorial about all the new features in your vehicle. Tae, the Delivery Specialist, spent so much time with me. She went over every aspect of the car and the multimedia system. She answered all of my questions and gave me great information. She helped me set up different features of the car that I wasn’t aware of. She was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. And the best part is, it’s not a one and done. She will be available to answer any further questions that may arise. Just another feature that added to my excellent buying experience. More
