About 3 weeks ago i was brought my lease in for service. I requested a pre lease return inspection and was sold a multi point inspection and i thought it was the same thing. I didnt know AIM does the lease I requested a pre lease return inspection and was sold a multi point inspection and i thought it was the same thing. I didnt know AIM does the lease return inspection until i made an appointment to return my car lease. I called and emailed Diana Ljajcevic on 10/9 as well as Ronny Morales on the 10/11 with photos of the invoice and have heard nothing back from them as of 10/25. Essentially i was charge $185 for something i did not request. The only thing i want is a refund but since they refuse to return my calls or emails i will leave a negative review instead More
