About 3 weeks ago i was brought my lease in for service. I requested a pre lease return inspection and was sold a multi point inspection and i thought it was the same thing. I didnt know AIM does the lease return inspection until i made an appointment to return my car lease. I called and emailed Diana Ljajcevic on 10/9 as well as Ronny Morales on the 10/11 with photos of the invoice and have heard nothing back from them as of 10/25. Essentially i was charge $185 for something i did not request. The only thing i want is a refund but since they refuse to return my calls or emails i will leave a negative review instead More
The staff was friendly and my service was extremely quick. I went in for a tire rotation and oil change. I was told that I saved some money because I didn’t need the tire rotation. Well the dealership couple with my extraordinary customer experience was in fact one of the best I've had in years..just imagine knowing I was about to embark on thousands of dollars in repair work and almos experience was in fact one of the best I've had in years..just imagine knowing I was about to embark on thousands of dollars in repair work and almost immediately being put at ease with someone who was not only on point, but knowledgeable, courteous, empathetic, and outright just a wonderful human.
